The component is like mirror of SMEStorage folder. It shows folders and files and allow files to be downloaded.

Files are stored with SMEStorage. SMEStorage allow to store files in different clouds - Amazon S3, Gmail, Google Docs, FTP, WebDav, iDisc and more.

Files are managed with SMEStorage account. This directory just displays files. The component is installed in this site , Downloads menu is power with SMEStorage Joomla component.

Configuring of the component is very simple.

After installation of the component go to Components->SMEStorage

You will see settings page.

Main options are SMEStorage login, password and folder to display.

Set login/password and folder name. Folder must be already created in SMEStorage. This must not be folder in root. Can be any folder. It is needed to set full path to the folder. Ex. My downloads/Site_Downloads

After login, password and folder are set it is needed to click "Test and Save" button. This will check if data are correct.

The component can be downloaded there SMEStorage Joomla component

How do I integrate the component in a page? I did configure the rest and it is ok but I'm stuck when wanting to have it in a page.
Thanks for your help!

Wow!
This looks like a fantastic addition to Joomla.
Are there any plans to tie this in with the ACL of Joomla 1.6? That would make this component even more powerful.

Thanks for the notice on the update Roman. I really dig this component and has become one of my favorite. The classes is really helping me understand the sme's api. Soon I hope I can finish an actual working module in joomla, but I;m still fairly new to php and api. Keep up the good work!

Hey Roman, just want to thank you for the joomla components you created. I acturally got a hold of this file from the websites rss feed and i really dig it! Not much of a programmer myself but I really like the service sme provides and maybe I can learn a thing or two. Thanks again...
